Wanda came prepared to our listing appointment, she does her homework. She understood the particulars about our property and how to market it in order to come to a successful conclusion and sale. While visiting Montana last year my husband and I contacted a real estate office in Hamilton. We were told an agent would be calling us soon. Wanda called us back within 15 minutes and suggested we meet at her office even though it was very early on a Saturday morning. She spent a great deal of time with us finding out exactly what we were wanting in a property.
