The domestic water is provided by a private well and shows production at 35 gpm (gallons per minute). The well services the main home and the guest studio. An additional well showing 50 gpm was completed on 4/28/2020 by Eslinger well drilling. The pond is located east of the home and has a small island and pretty vegetation as well as manicured lawn at the shorelines. There is a water right associated with the pond for Fish and Wildlife with a maximum volume of 4.3 AC-FT. The pond approval shows it is 15 foot deep.
Water use shares in the Woodside Stock Farm ditch which date back to 1905. The Woodside Irrigation Company was organized and filed for a water right on the Bitterroot River, Blodgett Creek and Churn Creek.
